2010 Success Programme
This programme is designed specifically for you to achieve maximum results in 2010.
Each one hour session can be carried out over the telephone or face to face and includes all course materials. You will receive unlimited email support between sessions if required.
Session 1: Analysing and clarifying your values
In this session you will analyse your values to ensure you are honouring them and not suppressing or violating them. We will discuss how you are currently living your life and discover your awareness of your life purpose.
Session 2: Using your values to determine your priority goal
Drawing on your defined values from the previous session, we will discuss where you are now in your life and where you want to be to determine what you would like to change and which goal is a priority.
Session 3: Motivation and confidence
I will use various exercises and techniques with you to encourage you to continue on your coaching journey with supreme confidence and total belief in yourself. These exercises and techniques will form part of your toolkit which you will take away with you and use for life.
Session 4: New goals
Whilst focusing on your priority goal, it is good to analyse other areas of your life and set new goals where appropriate. In this session you will continue to analyse your progress with your priority goal and ascertain new areas for change in a realistic and timely manner.
Session 5: Creating further goals and defining action plans for life
This is a significant part of your coaching journey as you learn how to create your own goals and define appropriate and realistic action plans to achieve these goals. This should now be part of your natural life planning of which you will continue throughout life.
Session 6: Reflection on your coaching journey
You have worked very hard to get to this point in your coaching journey and made several changes to date to live a more fulfilling life. You will reflect on your coaching journey, the important things you have learnt along the way and how you will continue to effectively coach yourself in the future.
Follow Up Session
This session can be taken at your leisure, up to 12 months after session 6 and will include a review on your progress. You will also receive additional support on further goal setting and a boost on your confidence and motivation techniques.
