Personal Coaching Programme

This coaching programme is designed for your own personal change. Each one of my clients works in their own way and this programme allows you to do just that. You may prefer to choose an intensive programme with sessions close together and over a short period of time. Or you may choose to take your sessions on a monthly basis.However, it is worth noting that change takes time and you should allow yourself a realistic amount of time between sessions. You may use this programme for any personal change.

It typically takes around six to ten sessions for successful change. Therefore this programme is designed for a minimum commitment of 6 sessions, with the flexibility to add more sessions if required.

6 x 1 hour sessions   -  £300
Additional sessions of 1 hour   -  £45 per session
Final 30 minute progress review session   -  FREE
